1. Introduction
Welcome to Riddimz AI. This document explains the rules, standards, and procedures that govern how our platform works. It applies to every user — free, paid, artist, listener.
2. Community Standards
- Be respectful. Treat other users with kindness and courtesy.
- No hate speech. Attacks based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin are not allowed.
- No harassment or bullying.
- No threats or violent content.
- No sexual or explicit content.
- Celebrate creativity and engage in good-faith collaboration.
- Embrace diversity across cultures, genres, and backgrounds.
3. Content Policy
What Is Allowed
- Original music you wrote, recorded, or produced.
- Cover songs where you hold a valid mechanical or sync license.
- Playlists and curation using properly licensed tracks on our platform.
- Honest, non-defamatory commentary, reviews, and discussion.
- AI-assisted music created with Riddimz AI tools (see Section 5).
- Remixes where you have explicit permission from the rights holder.
What Is NOT Allowed
- Copyright-infringing content.
- Misleading or deceptive content (fake streams, undisclosed AI authorship).
- Spam or repetitive uploads.
- Malware or harmful links.
- Illegal content under any applicable law.
- Content involving minors in an inappropriate context — immediate termination and law-enforcement referral.
4. Music Copyright and Licensing
You must own or hold a valid license for any music you upload — both the master recording and the underlying composition. Simply purchasing a song does not give you the right to upload or distribute it.
DMCA Compliance
We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and respond promptly to valid copyright notices.
How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Request
- Email legal@riddimzai.com with the subject “DMCA Takedown Request.”
- Identify the copyrighted work (title, artist, release info).
- Provide the URL of the infringing content on our platform.
- Include your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
- State that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Sign the notice (electronic signature accepted).
We typically process valid DMCA requests within 5 business days.
How to Counter a DMCA Notice
Email legal@riddimzai.com with the subject “DMCA Counter-Notice” including the content removed, a statement under penalty of perjury, your contact details, and consent to the jurisdiction of federal court in the State of Texas. Valid counter-notices may result in restoration within 10–14 business days, unless the rights holder pursues legal action.
5. AI Music Creation Guidelines
What You Can Do
- Generate, remix, arrange, and enhance original music with our AI tools.
- Experiment across genres, styles, and sounds.
- Collaborate with AI as a creative partner.
- Share AI-assisted tracks with appropriate disclosure.
What You Cannot Do
- No voice cloning without consent. Don’t replicate another artist’s voice without written permission.
- No deceptive authorship. Don’t claim AI work as entirely human-made.
- No rights violations. AI tools don’t grant new rights to copyrighted source material.
You are fully responsible for any content you create with our AI tools. We reserve the right to remove AI-generated content that violates these policies.
6. Reporting and Enforcement
How to Report a Violation
- In the app: tap the three-dot menu or flag icon next to any content or profile and select “Report.”
- By email: send details to safety@riddimzai.com.
- Include what happened, where, and any screenshots or links.
What Happens After You Report
- You receive automatic confirmation of receipt.
- Our Trust & Safety team reviews your report.
- We aim to review reports within 72 hours; complex cases may take longer.
- We notify you of the outcome where appropriate.
7. Account Suspension and Termination

Appeals
Email support@riddimzai.com with the reason you believe the action was taken in error, plus supporting evidence. We respond within 14 business days. Appeals are not available for bans related to illegal content, content involving minors, or threats of violence.
8. Payment and Refund Policy
How to Cancel Your Subscription
- Open the Riddimz AI app or website.
- Go to Account Settings > Subscription.
- Select “Cancel Subscription” and follow the prompts.
- You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
- You receive a confirmation email when your cancellation is processed.
Refund Policy
- No refunds on digital subscriptions, except where required by law.
- Refund exception: accidental duplicate charges within a single billing period.
9. Data Handling Procedures
How to Request Your Data
Email privacy@riddimzai.com with your full name, account email, and the data you want (account info, listening history, uploaded content). We verify identity and fulfill within 30 days.
How to Delete Your Account
- Go to Account Settings > Privacy > Delete Account.
- Confirm your decision and verify your identity.
- Your account and personal data are deleted within 30 days.
- Some data may be retained longer where required by law.
10. Accessibility Policy
- We follow established guidelines including WCAG 2.1 where applicable.
- We regularly audit the app and website for accessibility barriers.
- Accessibility is a continuous effort, not a checkbox.

11. User Safety
Block and Mute
- Block: prevents another user from viewing your profile or interacting with your content.
- Mute: hides a user’s content from your feed without notifying them.
- Manage block and mute lists in Account Settings > Privacy.
12. Dispute Resolution
Step 1 — Contact Us First
Email support@riddimzai.com with a clear description and account information. We work in good faith to resolve concerns within 30 days.
Step 2 — Binding Arbitration
If we can’t resolve your dispute informally, you and Riddimz AI agree to binding individual arbitration. Disputes are decided by a neutral arbitrator on an individual basis only.
13. Updates to These Policies
- Significant changes: at least 14 days’ notice via email and/or in-app notice.
- Minor changes (typos, clarifying language) may be made without prior notice.
- Continued use after a policy change means acceptance.
- Latest version always at riddimzai.com/policies.
