What is Riddimz AI? Riddimz AI is a Caribbean-native AI platform. Across 19 focused modes it helps you reason through problems, write, code, research, analyse data, generate images and documents, and hold genuine conversations in English or Jamaican Patwah.

What do these Terms cover? These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Riddimz AI website, mobile apps and any related services (together, the “Platform”).

Your agreement. By using Riddimz AI you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These Terms are effective as of June 7, 2026.

• Age requirement. You must be at least 13 years old to use Riddimz AI (COPPA).
• Under 18? You must have permission of a parent or legal guardian.
• Accurate information. Don’t use a fake name, false birth date, or someone else’s contact details.
• Legal capacity. You confirm that you are legally able to enter into agreements in your country.

• Keep it secure. You’re responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• Don’t share your password. We will never ask you for your password.
• Report a problem immediately at legal@riddimzai.com if your account is compromised.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is not allowed.
• You’re responsible for any activity that happens on your account.

• 19 AI modes — reasoning, research, coding, strategy, writing and reflection.
• Patwah conversation — chat in authentic Jamaican Patois, with audio pronunciation and a glossary.
• Creation tools — generate images, documents, spreadsheets and audio you can download.
• Voice input and playback — speak your prompt and listen to the reply.
• A free plan covering the core features, with no card required.
• Pro subscription unlocking every mode, unlimited images and priority speed.

We improve Riddimz AI continuously. Features may be added, changed, or removed.

• Use Riddimz AI for personal, educational, creative or commercial work.
• Create original text, images, documents, spreadsheets and audio with our tools.
• Download and publish the content you generate, subject to these Terms.
• Share your creations, including on social platforms and in client work.
• Ask questions in English or Jamaican Patwah, by typing or by voice.
• Engage respectfully in any community discussion or feedback channel.

• Copyright infringement. Do not upload music or content you don’t have the right to use.
• Harassment and hate speech. No abusive, hateful, threatening, or discriminatory content.
• Harmful content. No promotion of violence, self-harm, or illegal activity.
• Reverse engineering of our AI systems, algorithms, or software.
• Scraping or automated data collection without our written permission.
• Impersonation of another person, artist, or Riddimz AI employee.
• Spam — no unsolicited messages or promotional content to other users.
• Illegal activity in your country or region.
• Platform interference via malware, viruses, or disruptive code.

• You own what you create. You keep ownership of your original content.
• You give us a license. A non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, stream, store, reproduce, and distribute your content within the Platform. The license ends when you delete content or your account.
• You’re responsible for any content you upload or share.
• We can remove content that violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law.
• No guarantee of storage — keep your own copies of work that matters.

• You’re in the driver’s seat. Our AI tools assist; you direct the creation.
• You’re responsible for what you create, share, and publish.
• We don’t claim your creations. Riddimz AI does not claim ownership over what you make with our AI tools.
• Additional terms may apply to certain AI features involving third-party audio models or licensed libraries.
• AI isn’t perfect. We do not guarantee the quality or fitness of AI outputs for any particular purpose.

• Auto-renewal. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation. Cancel anytime through your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refund policy. Generally no refunds after a charge, except where required by law.
• Price changes come with at least 30 days’ notice.
• Taxes may be added at checkout based on your location.
• Free trials will be clearly described; charges begin automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel.

• Our platform. Riddimz AI owns the Platform — design, code, AI systems, algorithms, logos, trademarks, and brand elements.
• Don’t use our branding without prior written permission.
• Third-party music rights remain with their respective owners.
• Feedback you share with us may be used to improve the Platform without compensation.

Your privacy matters. We collect and use your data only as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data. Questions: legal@riddimzai.com.

Service Provided “As Is”

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the Platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

User Content

We are not responsible for content posted by other users. Please report content that violates our policies.

Limitation of Liability

Riddimz AI’s total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the issue arose. If you’re on the free plan, that limit is zero.

• We can suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, Community Guidelines, or applicable law.
• You can leave anytime by deleting your account in settings.
• Your content may be removed from the Platform on termination.
• Surviving terms include intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

• We’ll let you know about significant changes by email, in-app notification, or a prominent notice.
• Review the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
• Continued use after updates means acceptance.
