This Privacy Policy applies to the Riddimz AI mobile app, the website at riddimzai.com, and all related services. We will never sell your personal data, and we give you real control over how your information is used.

Our AI learns from the music you listen to, skip, or repeat; playlists and remixes you create; features you interact with most; and mood tags, genres, and search history within the app.

You can opt out of AI personalization any time at Settings > Privacy > AI Personalization. You’ll still be able to use Riddimz AI — recommendations will just be less tailored to you.

Riddimz AI is not directed at children under 13. We comply with COPPA. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete that information promptly. Users 13–17 may use Riddimz AI with parental awareness.

Riddimz AI may link to or integrate with third-party services (social media, music licensing platforms, artist or label websites). Their own privacy policies apply when you leave Riddimz AI.
