Riddimz AI is a Caribbean-native AI platform. It helps you think, write, code, research, create images and documents, and hold real conversations in English or Jamaican Patwah. This Privacy Policy covers the Riddimz AI website at riddimzai.com, our mobile apps and every related service.

It explains what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with and the control you keep over all of it. Two commitments sit underneath everything that follows: we will never sell your personal data, and you decide how your information is used.

Account Information

• Which AI modes you open and how often
• Prompts and conversations you send to the assistant

Payment Information

Payments are handled by trusted third-party processors. We do not store your card number or banking details. We only receive a transaction confirmation and your billing country.

Our AI personalises your experience using the modes you return to, the kinds of tasks you ask for, the content you save or discard, and your language preference — English or Patwah.

You can opt out of AI personalization any time at Settings > Privacy > AI Personalization. You’ll still be able to use Riddimz AI — recommendations will just be less tailored to you.

We Never Sell Your Personal Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party — ever.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, such as a valid court order or law enforcement request.

Business Transfers

If Riddimz AI is acquired or merged, your data may transfer as part of that transaction; your rights under this policy will continue to apply.

• After deletion: personal data is deleted or anonymized within 90 days.
• Legal retention: some records may be kept longer where required.
• Backups: deleted data may persist briefly in encrypted backups.

You also have the right to restrict processing, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

You have the right to know, to delete, to opt out of sale (we do not sell), and not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

Riddimz AI is not directed at children under 13. We comply with COPPA. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete that information promptly. Users 13–17 may use Riddimz AI with parental awareness.

No system is 100% secure. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you promptly as required by law. Use a strong password and enable two-factor authentication.

Riddimz AI is headquartered in the United States. Data may be transferred to and processed in the US. For EU/EEA users, we use legal safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and adequacy decisions.

Riddimz AI may link to or integrate with third-party services (social media, music licensing platforms, artist or label websites). Their own privacy policies apply when you leave Riddimz AI.
